Regulations of the online store


  1. Klient - any entity making purchases via the Store.
  2. Dealer - natural person running a business under the name OTHER DIMENSION Magdalena Wróblewska, NIP: 957-08-30-039, REGON: 368666797.
  3. Consumer - a natural person concluding an agreement with the Seller as part of the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to its business or professional activity.
  4. Entrepreneur - a natural person, a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, the separate law of which grants legal capacity, performs in its own name an economic activity that uses the Store.
  5. Shop - online store run by the Seller at the Internet address
  6. Rules - these Regulations of the Store are available at the address
  7. Order - Customer's declaration of will submitted via the Order Form and aiming directly at concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
  8. Account - customer account in the Store, where the data provided by the customer is collected and information about orders placed by him in the store.
  9. Registration form - a form available in the Store, enabling the creation of an Account.
  10. Koszyk - an element of the Store's software in which the Products selected for purchase are visible, and it is also possible to determine and modify the given Order, in particular the quantity of products.
  11. Product - the item available in the Store that is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

Preliminary provisions

  1. These Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer. The customer is obliged to comply with all provisions of the Regulations and use it in accordance with its intended purpose.

  3. The Seller shall not be liable for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Store caused by force majeure, unlawful activities of third parties or incompatibilities of the Online Store with the technical infrastructure of the Customer.
  4. The prices in the store are given in Polish zlotys and are gross prices (including VAT).
  5. Browsing the Store's assortment does not require creating an Account. Placing orders by the Customer for Products in the Store's assortment is possible either after creating an Account or by providing personal and address data enabling the implementation of the Order without creating an Account.
  6. The final amount to be paid by the Customer consists of the price for Products and delivery costs, about which the Customer is informed when placing the Order, including when expressing the will to be bound by the Sales Agreement.

  8. The information contained on the Store's website regarding the Goods does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 66 KC but they are an invitation to conclude the agreement referred to in art. 71 KC.
  9. Information about the price of the Goods provided on the Store's website is binding from the moment the Customer receives an email confirming the order. After placing the order, the price will not change regardless of changes in the prices of the Goods in the Store.
  10. Pictures of the Goods in the Store only serve for the presentation of the indicated Goods.
  11. The condition for an efficient order placement is to provide accurate personal and address data by the customer, an indication of the telephone number, e-mail address, which will enable the Seller to contact the customer.

Terms of use of the store

  1. The condition for using the Store is to read the Regulations and its acceptance before making the order.
  2. At registration, the Customer in the Registration Form fills in the correct fields indicating: personal data, billing data, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address and other data necessary for the order execution indicated in the Registration Form.
  3. In the event of providing untrue or outdated information, the Seller is not obliged to complete the Order.
  4. The Customer may request the deletion of the user account at any time by sending the Seller via email to the following address: relevant information from the correct email address.
  5. The Seller declares that in order to ensure the security of data provided in the Store, it takes technical and organizational measures, in particular measures to prevent the unauthorized collection and modification of personal data sent via the Internet.
  6. The customer is obliged to:
    1. using the services offered by the Seller in a way that does not disturb the functioning of the Store, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
    2. using the services offered by the Seller in a manner consistent with the provisions of the laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as with the customs accepted in the given area,
    3. using the services offered by the Seller in a way that is not inconvenient for other Clients and for the Seller, respecting their personal rights (including the right to privacy) and other rights they are entitled to,
    4. use any content posted on the Store only for personal use.
  1. The seller reserves the right to stock shortages. In the absence of a specific Good, ordered by the Customer, he proposes to exchange the Good for another of the same value or refund for the missing goods.
  2. Effective ordering is possible only if the product chosen by the Customer is available in the Seller's warehouse. The Seller shall make every effort to supplement the Store's stock in the shortest possible time and to make the inventory in the Store consistent with the actual state.
  3. In the scope of services provided electronically, these Regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 8 Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422, as amended).

Placing orders

  1. The sale of the Goods located in the Store is carried out via the Internet.
  2. The necessary element of the ordering procedure by the customer is to provide personal and address data marked as mandatory and acceptance of the Shop's regulations.
  3. Placing an order in the store is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are realized by the Seller on time 3-7 days from the date of crediting the Customer's payment, also in the case of cash on delivery. If the order is placed on non-working days, the order processing time is extended and the order delivery time runs from the next business day.
  4. If the Customer registers a user account in the Store, the order is placed by logging in to the Store website using the data provided by the Customer and confirming the will to place an order.
  5. If the Customer fails to register a user account in the Store, the condition for placing the order is to provide all the necessary data necessary to send the Goods.
  6. Placing an order in the Store by the Customer is the Customer's offer to the Seller to conclude a sales contract.
  7. After confirming the order, the customer receives a confirmation of acceptance of the offer electronically to the email address indicated by him.
  8. The customer has the right to cancel the order. The statement on canceling the order should be sent to the Seller by e-mail to the address
  9. Returns of payments for canceled but paid for the order are made using the same method of payment as the payment was made.
  10. The VAT invoice documenting the sales contract is delivered in electronic form to the email address provided in the order within 7 days from the order completion date.

Order fulfillment, payment and delivery

  1. The prices listed in the Store are given in Polish zlotys and are gross prices and include VAT.

  3. The cost of delivery shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the Seller specifies otherwise.

  5. The condition for the delivery of goods is payment for the Goods and shipment.
  6. If you do not receive the payment on time 6 days the order will be canceled from the order.
  7. Payments via bank transfer should be made to a bank account that matches the currency chosen when placing the order.
  8. The customer is obliged to provide the order number in the title of the transfer being made.
  9. In the case of payment via PayPal, a commission of 3,5% of the order value is added.
  10. After the Customer receives the confirmation of acceptance of the offer in the form of an e-mail message and receiving the payment, the process of order fulfillment by the Seller begins.
  11. The deadline for the contract is 5 days. In the case of goods made to individual order, the deadline is specified for the product. The order is fulfilled after the payment for the order has been credited to the Seller's bank account. The deadline may be exceeded due to reasons beyond the Seller's control.
  12. Orders in the Store are carried out by the Seller in the order received.
  13. The deadline for sending the Goods depends on the chosen method of shipment. The deadline may change due to circumstances on the part of the carrier, which the seller has no influence.
  14. The store reserves the right to change the delivery method chosen by the customer in the event of exceeding the statutory shipping weight of the parcel.
  15. The seller provides for the possibility of delivery of the Goods only to the countries indicated on the website
  16. The customer, receiving the parcel with the ordered Goods, should check the condition of the shipment. In the case of damage should write down the damage report with the carrier.
  17. If the Customer does not collect the shipment at the time specified by the shipping company, the Seller will send the parcel again only after the Customer has paid the shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods to the Seller.
  18. If the Customer fails to pick up the shipment in the time specified by the shipping company, and then cancels the ordered Goods, the Seller will refund the amount corresponding to the ordered Goods, less the cost of shipping and the cost of returning the Goods to the Seller.

Dispute settelement

  1. Seller agrees to submit any disputes arising in connection with the sale of goods through mediation. Details will be determined by the parties to the conflict.
  2. The consumer has the opportunity to use extrajudicial ways to handle complaints and redress. Among other things, the Consumer has the option of:
    1. requesting a permanent amicable consumer court with a motion to resolve the dispute arising from the concluded sales contract,
    2. addressing the voivodeship inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings regarding the amicable settlement of the dispute between the Buyer and the Seller,
    3. to use the help of a poviat (municipal) ombudsman for the right of the consumer or social organization, whose statutory tasks include the protection of consumers.

  1. Exclusive rights to the content posted on the site, in particular the name of the Online Store, photos, descriptions of the Goods, and other content are subject to legal protection and are vested in the Seller or entities with whom the Seller has concluded relevant agreements.
  2. The customer is entitled to use the above-mentioned content free of charge only for the proper use of the Store. The use of content in a different scope is allowed only on the basis of express prior consent, given by the Seller, in writing under pain of nullity.


  1. The Seller reserves the right to enter and cancel offers, promotions and to change the prices of products in the Store without prejudice to the rights acquired by the Buyer, including in particular the terms of contracts concluded before the change.
