COMPLAINTS

  1. The customer may file a complaint if he finds that the ordered goods have defects.
  2. Complaints concerning defects in the product or its incorrect measurement will be taken into account by the Seller only if the goods being complained about were not used, were not damaged or incomplete by the customer.
  3. If the complaint relates to the delivery of an incomplete order, the Seller will be unable to send the goods by courier service at the expense of the Store or the return of the equivalent of the missing Goods will be made. In the case of missing items in the order, the price of which does not exceed the amount of the cheapest shipment available in the Store, the payment for the missing Goods will be refunded 14 days working from the date of receipt from the customer of information about the lack by way of an e-mail sent to the following address: [email protected].
  4. Complaints should be reported by e-mail to the email address: [email protected].
  5. The advertised goods should be sent back in full.
  6. In the case of material complaints (wiping, fading, printing durability, peeling, etc.), please provide photographic documentation or send back a sample of the material being advertised. The customer must keep the goods in order to send back the advertised material until the day the complaint is processed. The seller may ask you to return the advertised material.
  7. The seller informs that different lots of materials have the right to vary in color. For this reason, it is not recommended to combine materials from different batches. The basis of the complaint may also not be differences in the colors of the Goods displayed on the Customer's screen with the actual color of the Goods.
  8. The Seller will respond by e-mail to the complaint submitted by the Customer on time 14 working days from receiving a complaint.
  9. In the event that the Customer's complaint is missing, does not indicate the required information or does not submit the documents needed to consider the complaint by the Seller, the Seller via e-mail will ask the Customer to supplement this information or submit the necessary documents. In this case, the deadline for considering the complaint will be counted from the date of supplementing these deficiencies by the Customer.
  10. If the Seller accepts a complaint made by the Customer, the Seller shall refund to the Customer the cost of sending back the ordered Goods in the amount of money corresponding to the cheapest form of delivery available in the Store.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

  1. Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act;

    The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or remotely not entitled to the consumer in relation to contracts:

     in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs;

  2. Goods in the form of cut or made-to-measure fabrics are “non-prefabricated” and “meeting the individual needs of the consumer”.

  3. All fabrics available in the store are made only to individual customer orders and are not returnable. We do not have a warehouse for printed fabrics, we are a printing house and fabrics are produced only when the customer pays for the order.

  4. Therefore, it is not possible to return the goods / withdraw from the contract because they are made to the individual customer's order.
