Complaints and returns

COMPLAINTS

  1. The customer may file a complaint if he finds that the ordered goods have defects.
  2. Complaints concerning defects in the product or its incorrect measurement will be taken into account by the Seller only if the goods being complained about were not used, were not damaged or incomplete by the customer.
  3. If the complaint relates to the delivery of an incomplete order, the Seller will be unable to send the goods by courier service at the expense of the Store or the return of the equivalent of the missing Goods will be made. In the case of missing items in the order, the price of which does not exceed the amount of the cheapest shipment available in the Store, the payment for the missing Goods will be refunded 14 days working from the date of receipt from the customer of information about the lack by way of an e-mail sent to the following address: reklamacje@innywymiarszycia.pl.
  4. Complaints should be reported by e-mail to the email address: reklamacje@innywymiarszycia.pl.
  5. The advertised goods should be sent back in full.
  6. In the case of material complaints (wiping, fading, printing durability, peeling, etc.), please provide photographic documentation or send back a sample of the material being advertised. The customer must keep the goods in order to send back the advertised material until the day the complaint is processed. The seller may ask you to return the advertised material.
  7. The seller informs that different lots of materials have the right to vary in color. For this reason, it is not recommended to combine materials from different batches. The basis of the complaint may also not be differences in the colors of the Goods displayed on the Customer's screen with the actual color of the Goods.
  8. The Seller will respond by e-mail to the complaint submitted by the Customer on time 14 working days from receiving a complaint.
  9. In the event that the Customer's complaints will be missing, will not indicate the required information or will not submit the documents needed to resolve the complaint by the Seller, the Seller will ask the Customer to supplement this information or submit the necessary documents via e-mail. In this case, the deadline for considering the complaint will be counted from the date when the customer supplements these deficiencies.
  10. If the Seller accepts a complaint made by the Customer, the Seller shall refund to the Customer the cost of sending back the ordered Goods in the amount of money corresponding to the cheapest form of delivery available in the Store.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

  1. The Consumer, in accordance with the Act, may withdraw from the sales contract which he concluded remotely via the Online Store without giving a reason. A consumer is a person who buys a given good for their own private use, not related to business activity. In order to exercise this right, the Consumer should submit such a declaration using e-mail.
  2. The statement should be sent to the address reklamacje@innywymiarszycia.pl within 14 days from the day of delivery of the Goods. In the event of withdrawal from the contract for the sale of Goods concluded remotely via an online store, the contract is considered void and the Consumer is released from any obligations.
  3. The seller undertakes no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement on withdrawal from the sales contract, return the payment made to the consumer. The return does not include shipping costs of the ordered Goods.
  4. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer.
  5. The consumer is obliged to return the good to the seller immediately, but no later than on 14 days from the date on which he withdrawn from the sale agreement. The Customer bears the costs of returning the Goods to the store.
  6. The Seller shall not bear the cost of returning the Product by the Consumer to the Store.
  7. Returned by the Consumer should be duly packed, ensuring no damage during transport. Returned Goods must be unchanged, i.e. they may not bear any signs of use. Goods should be returned in a complete state to the following address: ANOTHER DIMENSION Magdalena Wróblewska, ul. Cologne 35, 83-050 Bielkówko.
  8. The Consumer is liable for a decrease in the value of the Product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the Good.
  9. The Seller may refrain from returning the payment until he receives the returned product from the Consumer. For sending back the goods, the consumer has 14 days from the moment of withdrawal from the contract.
  10. According to art. 38 of the Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to a Consumer from a distance contract in relation to contracts:
  • providing services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the beginning of the benefit that after fulfilling the provision by the entrepreneur he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract,
  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs, also printed fabrics made on the individual order of the Consumer
  • in which the subject of the service is an item subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf-life,
  • in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the packaging can not be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery,
  • in which the subject of the service are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things.
